MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT between the UNION PACIFIC
RAILROAD COMPANY UNITED
TRANSPORTATION UNION (C&T)
Reference our discussions concerning traffic congestion and crews being
called for duty at Denver. Carrier is agreeable to providing all
regularly assigned trainmen, including extra board trainmen who have on
an duty point within the Denver terminal with a two (2) hour call for
service, if practicable, rather than the normal one and one-half (1-1/2)
hour call.
This Agreement will be effective September 23, 2002, and may be
cancelled by either party with the serving of of ten(10) day
