Local Chairmen Fernley, ORC&B, and Ferryman, BofRT, have requested that the provisions of Paragraph 1 of the Agreement dated May 10, 1961 and the Agreement of September 1, 1953 "Modification of Rule 41 ‑ First District", as modified by Agreement dated October 17, 1957, be applicable to the crews in the Council Bluffs‑Beatrice pool.

It is agreed that the provisions of the above‑referred to agreements will be applicable to the crews in the Council Bluffs‑Beatrice pool effective December 1, 1965, with the understanding that crews will be placed in their proper position in the pool only at Council Bluffs.
