Dear Sir:

This refers to your letter of flay 3, 1973 about Rule 63 of the Roadmen's Schedule, which was discussed with you in conference June 27, 1973.

Your letter of May 3, 1973 quotes Rule 63 "Special Roadway Service" and reads:

"It is my position that when an employee is working under Rule 63 and a senior employee is furloughed during the time the junior employee is working under Rule 63, the furloughed senior employee can displace the junior employee working under rule 63.

"Please advise if you agree with my position."
