This has reference to your letter dated August 25, 1975 in connection with the proposed Agreement dated July 23, 1975 with the operating general chairmen proposing to pay held-away‑from home terminal time at the rate applicable to the trip out of the far terminal in all cases except when deadheading.

The rates of pay referred to in the fourth paragraph of the Agreement dated July 23, 1975 are intended to include car bracket ratings.
