Dear Sir:

This will confirm our understanding that when it is necessary in an emergency to force employes to work on the 13th District extra board at Green River employes will be alternately forced between the 7th and 8th Seniority District.

This agreement may be cancelled at any time by either party serving a ten-day notice of intent upon the other.
