Dear Sir:
This refers
to your request that when vacations are
scheduled for conductors and brakemen we not prepare sepa-
rate lists for these two crafts; rather that one list be
prepared in
seniority order, which request was discussed ...
with you in conference on May
31, 1978.
It is agreed that beginning with the 1979 vacations
{earned in 1978) roadmen who
were working as such on No-
vember 15, 1978 will be granted
their vacation in seniority
order (brakeman's seniority) regardless of whether they were
working as conductors or brakemen on that date.
This agreement is effective with the 1979 vacation
schedule and may be terminated by either party by the
service of a 30-day written
notice upon the other.
