RULE 25. FREIGHT CREWS HANDLING PASSENGER TRAINS.     Freight crews handling passenger trains will be paid freight mileage and rates and will not pass first terminal if other regular crews are available. If any portion of the crew are not used, they will receive the same pay as if they had accompanied the crew.
