RULE 29. (a)
Overtime. On runs of 100
miles or less, overtime will begin at the expiration of 8 hours; on runs of over
100 miles over time will begin when the time on duty exceeds the miles run
divided by 12 1/2. Overtime shall be paid for on the minute basis at a rate per
hour of 3/16ths of the daily rate.
(b) Overtime--Constructive
Mileage. Where constructive
mileage is
allowed will be paid on constructive mileage basis.
(c) Overtime. On
interdivisional runs of 200 miles or less,
overtime will begin at the expiration of 8 hours; on runs of over 200
miles overtime will begin when the time on duty exceeds the miles run divided by
25, or in any case, when on duty in excess of 10 hours. Overtime shall be paid
for on the minute basis at a rate per hour of 3/16ths of the daily rate.
When overtime, initial terminal delay and final terminal delay accrue on
the same trip, allowance will be the combined initial and final terminal delay
time, or overtime, whichever is the greater.
Overtime paid employee in interdivisional service under this paragraph
(c) will be computed and paid for on the speed basis of 12
1/2 miles per hour at the rate of time and one-half.
