RULE 52. OVERTIME.     On local freight runs of 100 miles or less, overtime will begin after the expiration of 8 hours; on local runs of over 100 miles, overtime will begin when the time on duty exceeds the miles run divided by 12 1/2; overtime shall be paid for on the minute basis, at rate per hour of 3/16ths of the daily rate.
