RULE 27. SHOP YARD ENGINES. Employes who are assigned to and operate shop yard engines will be paid the yard rates of pay and operate under the yard service rules. This rule is not to affect the seniority rights of employes who are now assigned to shop yard engines but as vacancies occur and new positions are created, they will be filled from seniority rosters of the yardmen.
