Dear Sir:

This refers to our discussion at Cheyenne on July 22, 1976 about various matters dealing with Fifth District engineers --

It is agreed for Fifth District engineers only that:

When two or more pool freight engineers are being deadheaded over the district and the Carrier is going to use one of the engineers for service before they reach the objective terminal, the last out engineer who is deadheading will be used.

This agreement may be terminated by service of a 10-day written notice by either party upon the other.
