On the effective date of this Agreement, road freight train and yard service crew members, both protected and nonprotected employes, working on reduced crews, shall be paid an additional special allowance lof $4.00 (as adjusted currently to $5.48) for each tour of duty worked, as compensation for the additional services and responsibilities assumed with the operation of a reduced crew, which allowance shall be subject to all future general wage and cost-of-living increases.
