MEMORANDUM AGREEMENT RLA-6-8 The following Question and Answer is hereby adopted as an agreed-upon interpretation of Article III, Section 2 (c): ARTICLE III. SECTION 2(c); Q. When will a protected employe in either Seniority Territory No. 1 or Territory No. 2 be considered furloughed? A. Whenever a protected/yardman is furloughed in the seniority territory employed (1) or 2); that is, cannot; exercise seniority at any point in either road or yard service and has filed designation to be recalled only in that territory, such brakeman/yardman will be considered furloughed in that territory which will result in the provisions of Article III, Section 2(c) being applicable.
