Findings: The record indicates that Claimant had been counseled concerning his excessive absenteeism. He failed to attend the formal investigation. His record indicates that he was absent 11 times in February, 10 times in March, 6 times in April, 10 times in May, and 7 times in June in violation of Rule 1.13 and not complying with instructions to minimize his absenteeism.
Award: Claim denied.
