(a) The basic rates of pay in through freight

(c) Car
scale additives in through freight, mixed and local freight service shall be
applied to the basic daily rates of pay in the following manner:
Maximum number of cars (including

NOTE: Where under existing rules or practices, arbitraries or special
allowances are made by reason of the tonnage or the number of cars handled In a
train, such arbitraries or special allowances, or the amount produced by the
above table, whichever Is the greater, shall apply, but not both.
