RULE 76-

RULES RE-EXAMINATION CLASSES

A yardman or a brakeman who, while working as such, is ordered by the Company to be reexamined on operating and/or air brake rules during off‑duty hours, shall be paid the actual time consumed in taking such reexamination, with a minimum of four hours at the basic rate of the last service performed, provided no payment shall be made to such employee who takes such reexamination voluntarily.

NOTE: This rule shall not apply to employees required to take examinations on operating and/or air brake rules for promotion.
