RULE 87-

SERVICE OUTSIDE JURISDICTION

Employees covered by this agreement who volunteer to work exclusively a day or shift in a service not covered by this agreement will be paid rate of regular assignment or rate of the service performed, whichever is greater. Seniority will not apply in filling vacancies not covered by this agreement.
